COURT PROCEEDINGS
For many years we have been successfully representing our clients in courts throughout Poland, including the Supreme Court. We have several hundred processes behind us - for trivial matters and for millions, in small courts and in the capital. We represent clients in civil trials: declaration of succession, legitime, payment, divorce, partition of the estate, cancellation of co-ownership, acquisitive prescription, protection of personal interests, incapacitation; and in criminal courts as attorneys and defenders in criminal courts.
We conduct proceedings from the beginning to the end - from the attempt of pre-trial settlement to the enforcement of the ruling.
The use of our services is not only a guarantee of professional representation in the proceedings by an attorney licensed in Poland, but also a significant facilitation. Every person not residing in Poland is obliged to give the service address, otherwise correspondence to him/her will be left in the files with the effect of service.
OFFICIAL MATTERS
Here are a few examples of cases that we run before Polish authorities: confirmation of Polish citizenship, returns of real estate, tax matters, registrations of partnerships, corporations, branches and representative offices. We also represent our clients before provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
If necessary we obtain an apostille - a stamp of fixed form affixed to a public document certifying its validity abroad.
Cooperation with us is not only the certainty of professional service, but also a practical necessity. Every person with no domicile in Poland is obliged to indicate the service address otherwise correspondence to him/her will be left in the files with the effect of service. Furthermore to comply with the deadline, it is necessary to send a letter to the authority using the Polish Post or the consulate - sending it by fax, email, US Post or courier is not enough.
GENEALOGY
If you want to learn more about your Polish ancestors, we are ready to help you. We offer much more than Google - we search in the largest Polish and worldwide online genealogy databases, we do queries in Polish, German and Russian archives. We work with specialists who can easily read entries from the parish registers - even those handwritten in Russian and those drawn up in German with a blackletter.
