Our main goal...

is to provide the best legal assistance to Poles living in the United States and to Americans bound by legal or family ties with Poland. Relations between the lawyer and the client are based on trust, the important element of which, despite progress in the field of communication, is still a personal meeting. Such a possibility is not able to be provided by lawyers who run offices in Poland only, or American lawyers, who can talk to the client in a face-to-face manner, but do not know Polish law.

The solution is our model of a law office - a law firm that has been operating continuously since 2008 in Poland, but also having an office in the United States since 2016. The law firm whose founder - att. George Pasko - is foreign legal consultant licensed by the Supreme Court of Illinois. The law firm where the client can meet in person in Illinois or Wisconsin with a Polish attorney, who then will conduct his or her case in Poland along with his partners, carry out the arrangements and report on the course of the proceedings. We know that settling a case in a Polish office, conducting a trial in a Polish court or searching for a family past is the more difficult the longer you live outside of Poland. That is why we always, while giving legal advice, put a special emphasis on providing clearly all the information necessary for the client to take a final decision and to fully understand the meaning of the actions taken.
